2011 (Junior): Ended his junior campaign at Dayton as the program’s career leader in strikeouts with 256 ... Became the first player in program history to record over 100 strikeouts in a single season (105) ... Named to the Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team after tossing a complete-game shutout with 11 strikeouts and just one walk on May 25 against Xavier ... Named the Atlantic 10 Pitcher of the Week and one of the "Louisville Slugger's" National Players of the Week on March 21 for his complete-game shutout victory against Siena (3/18), in which he threw a career-high 14 strikeouts and allowed just two hits and one walk ... Became Dayton's career strikeout leader with his 219th strikeout against Richmond (4/15), breaking Luke Trubee's (2003-06) mark of 218 ... Highest draft pickever from Dayton after being selected by the Mariners in the 11th round (333rd overall) of the 2011 Major League Baseball First Year Player Draft.

2010 (Sophomore): Made 15 starts on the mound with a 5.71 ERA and 4-5 record ... Second-most strikeouts on the team (68); led the team in strikeouts during conference play (57) ... Recorded at least one strikeout in 15 of 16 appearances ... Pitched three complete games ... Tied a career-high of 11 strikeouts twice ... Pitched a complete game at Temple (4/3) with nine strikeouts and two earned runs to register first win of the season ...
