Jason Schondelmyer is in his second year with the Flyers after compiling 18 years of coaching experience at the High School level. His coaching stints include stops at Northmont and Brookville High Schools, as an assistant, and head coaching stops at Arcanum and Versailles High Schools.

Schondelmyer serves as coach for UD’s Flyer position, the hybrid linebacker/safety designate in the Dayton defensive scheme.

A graduate of Wright State University in 1995, Schondelmyer earned his Master’s Degree from UD in 2001.

He resides in Englewood, Ohio with his wife, Amy, and their two boys, Bryce and Brody.
