Biography

2024-25 (Junior)
• Went 9-for-9 from the field in his first two games of the season.
• Scored 3 field goals in a row in the game against George Mason earlier this year.
• Led the team in rebounds with 6 during the Duquesne game.
• Played in 21 games for the season.
• Scored 11 points in the game against Ball St.

2023-24 (Sophomore)
• Played in all 33 games
• Played seven minutes and scored six points (3-3 FG) in the season-opening win vs. SIUE
• Scored eight points (4-4 FG) in eight minutes vs. then-No. 6 Houston in the Charleston Classic finals
• Played 17 minutes with four points (2-2 FG) and two rebounds at SMU 
• Had five points and four rebounds in 10 minutes, with some excellent late-game post defense vs. UMass
• Tallied six points (3-4 FG), three rebounds, two steals and two blocks in 15 minutes at Duquesne 
• Tallied eight points (4-4 FG, three dunks) and five rebounds in 16 minutes against Rhode Island
• Tallied eight points (3-3 FG, 2-2 FT) and six rebounds in 11 minutes vs. St. Bonaventure
• Scored six points (2-3 FG, 2-2 FT) in 12 minutes at George Mason
• Had six points and four rebounds in eight minutes vs. Nevada after scoring a total of six points in the previous month
• Was named the 2024 winner of UD’s Dr. George Rau Spirit Award

At Buffalo
•    As a freshman at Buffalo in 2022-23, averaged 5.6 points and 4.2 rebounds in 31 games (20 starts)
•    Shot .661 (76-115) from the field while playing 16.4 minutes a game

High School
•    Originally a hockey, soccer and snowboarding athlete growing up, Jack did not take basketball seriously until 2020.
•    Began his high school career at Alberni District Secondary School in British Columbia
•    Did not play at a highly-competitive level until 2021 when he joined UPLAY Canada
•    Spent the 2021-22 at Fort Erie International Academy, helping lead the team to the Ontario Scholastic Basketball Association (OSBA) championship
•    Averaged 15.4 points and 9.7 rebounds a game, while shooting .767 (56-73) FG at Fort Erie 
•    Was selected to play in the All-Canadian BioSteel Basketball Game, Canada's version of the McDonalds High School All-American Game
•    Scored eight points in 17 minutes in the game, making four of six shots
Personal
•    Son of Anna and Alan Jack 
•    Mom went to BYU as a two-sport athlete and lettered one year in basketball.  When she switched to concentrate on track and field, it was a move that paid off in a big way.
•    She was the 1991 and 1992 NCAA  champion in the discus, and was inducted into the BYU Hall of Fame in 2002.
•    Majoring in Middle Childhood Education 
•    AAU Team was Uplay Canada
•    High School Coach was Charles Hantoumakos
