• R.U.D.Y.S "The Charles R. Kendall Award for Athletic and Academic Achievement", "Dayton All-Academic Team", "4.00 Flyers Award" Winner
• Received the Charles R. Kendall ’29 Memorial Award of Excellence for Achievement in Academic and Athletic Effort during UD's commencement exercises
2023-24 (Junior)
• Started in all 33 games
• Scored four points (2-2 FG) and grabbed 14 rebounds in the SIUE win in his Dayton debut
• Hit the game-winning three with 4.1 seconds left vs. LSU, part of his team-high 19 points
• Had 18 points (13 in the second half) and three assists in the St. John’s win
• Scored 14 points (5-8 FG) against 6/6 Houston
• Named to Shriners Children’s Hospitals Charleston Classic All-Tournament Team
• A-10 Co-Player of the Week on 10/20
• Had his first collegiate double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds vs. YSU
• Scored 21 points (19 in the second half), with five rebounds and two steals at St. Joe’s
• Scored 21 points (17 in the first half) with eight rebounds in the VCU win

• Needed just 10 games in a Flyer uniform to match what he scored in 54 games over two years as a Panther (116 points in 54 G). He had 17 double-digit scoring games in 2023-24, after having just two in two years at Pitt
• Member of the 2023-24 Atlantic 10 Commissioner's Honor Roll
At Pitt
• As a freshman in 2021-22, averaged 2.8 points and 1.9 rebounds in 12.8 minutes per game in 25 appearances.
• In 29 games as a sophomore in 2022-23, averaged 1.6 points, 1.2 rebounds and 7.3 minutes per contest.
High School
• Was a two-year varsity player at Geneva High School near Chicago from 2016-18
• Santos then enrolled at the Loomis Chaffee School in Windsor, Conn. and reclassified to the recruiting class of 2021
• Only played one full season in his three years at Loomis Chaffee due to a torn ACL in his sophomore season and all but three games being canceled as a senior due to the Covid pandemic.
• In between, he made his mark by averaging 17.1 points, 6.0 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game in 2019-20.
• Earned All-NEPSAC honors and helped boost Loomis Chaffee to a 20-6 record and the NEPSAC Class A and Founders League Championships
Personal
• Santos comes from a basketball family
• His father, Joe, his mother Lori, his sisters Sydney and Ashley, and his brother K.J. all played for the Puerto Rican national team at some point in their careers.
• Mom played Division I ball at Wichita State, Sydney played at Oakland, Ashley played basketball at Louisiana Tech and K.J. was a Missouri Tiger.
• He is one of two Division I players to have three siblings who have played college basketball. Jonathon Lawson of Creighton is the other.
• Majoring in Communication Management
