Kortney Norris was also named to the All-Rookie squad.
Barhorst, a 6-3 junior middle blocker from Fort Loramie, Ohio, was named the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week three times this season as well as the 2003 A-10 All-Rookie team and the 2004 All-Conference team. She leads the A-10 in hitting percentage (.390) and is third in blocks per game (1.18). Barhorst is also second in points per game (4.80) and fourth in kills per game (3.79). Horsmon, who has a 70-27 record in his third season at UD, earns his first A-10 Coach of the Year award after leading Dayton to the 2003 and 2004 Atlantic 10 Championship and the West Division Crown this season. Under his direction, the Flyers carry a 16-match winning streak into the conference tournament, which ranks as the eighth longest active streak in the nation. Horsmon holds a perfect 12-0 record in conference tournament play with six titles in six seasons (four at Robert Morris and two at Dayton), all of which led to automatic berths in the NCAA Tournament.
Robynne Green, a 6-2 sophomore middle blocker from Palatine, Ill., was named the Atlantic 10 Player of the Week on Oct. 31 and is among the conference leaders in service aces, hitting percentage and points. She leads the Flyers and ranks sixth in the conference with 0.39 sapg. In A-10 matches,
