TIME WARNER CABLE SPORTSCHANNEL TO TELEVISE TWO GAMES

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The University of Dayton and Time Warner Cable have announced two men's basketball games will be televised on Time Warner Cable SportsChannel in Ohio.  

TWC SportsChannel will air the Flyers game at Illinois State on Saturday, Dec. 7 at 8 p.m. ET, as well as the Saturday, Dec. 14 game versus Central Michigan at 7 p.m. ET.

UD will have 29 of its 31 regular season games televised nationally or regionally during the regular-season. The landmark package represents the most televised games in a regular season for the Flyers.

Dayton's television schedule is highlighted by a school-record 15 regular-season games on national television. The Flyers will play eight games on the ESPN family of networks, five on CBS Sports Network and two on NBC Sports Network.

The remaining Flyer games will be shown regionally on FOX Sports Ohio and Time Warner Cable SportsChannel and locally on WHIO-TV.

Time Warner Cable SportsChannel is a 24/7 high-definition sports network found on channels 311 and 1311 HD across the state. Through its partnerships with the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) and collegiate athletic departments, TWC SportsChannel will bring viewers more than 150 scholastic events as well as college basketball and hockey games. TWC SportsChannel also produces a variety of other original programming.
