Head coach Mike Wenker talked about the team's performance after the event.

"The races went well," said Wenker. "Varsity 8 exceeded our expectations and had the best race of the season so far. Second varsity 8 battled through some difficulties after challenging early on. They endured and finished the race though. The fours qualified for the final and had the best races they have had. I'm pretty excited overall and I am proud of our effort. Now we move forward and get ready for Dad Vails next weekend."

The Flyers have one more event this season as they travel to Philadelphia, Pa. for the Aberdeen Dad Vails Regatta on Friday May 10.
