Match Notes | A-10 Information PageThe University of Dayton women's soccer team (9-8-2, 5-2-1 A-10) will play in the 2014 Atlantic 10 Championship on familiar ground. UD's Baujan Field is host to the tournament this year. The No. 3-seeded Flyers take on No. 6 seed Saint Joseph's this Thursday, Nov. 6 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
Baujan Field has been host to the A-10 Women's Soccer Championship four times (2011, 2005, 2002 and 1998). The last time #UDWSOC won the A-10 Championship was in 2011, a 5-1 win over UMass on Nov. 6.
The Flyers have won the A-10 Tournament Championship a league-record eight times. The A-10 championship format, which features an eight-team bracket, is single elimination, with the winner earning the A-10's automatic bid to the NCAA Championship.
THE SERIES• The Flyers have an all-time record of 25-7-2 (.765) in A-10 Championship matches in 18 appearances. UD has made 12 finals appearances.
• Dayton is 16-5-1 all-time vs. No.1 seed La Salle and fell to the Explorers 1-0 at home this season on Oct. 17. Kelsey Haycook scored the lone goal for La Salle.
• Dayton is 1-0-3 vs. No. 2 seed VCU. They tied 1-1 in the final regular season match on Nov. 2. Last year, UD defeated VCU 5-4 in the first round of the A-10 Championship at VCU.
• The Flyers are 13-3 overall vs. No. 4 seed GW. UD defeated the Colonials 3-0 on Oct. 31 and
Ashley Campbell scored two goals for UD.
• UD is 15-3 overall vs. No. 5 seed Rhode Island and did not face the Rams this season. The Flyers defeated the Rams 4-0 last season.
• The Flyers are 14-2-1 all-time vs. No. 6-seed Saint Joseph's. The Hawks dealt UD a 3-1 road loss this season on Oct. 10.
• Dayton is 10-3-1 all-time vs. Richmond. This season, the Flyers edged out the Spiders 4-3 in overtime on the road in OT.
• UD is 16-4 overall vs. UMass. The two teams did not meet this season.

Nicole Waters is first in the A-10 and tied for 5th nationally in assists (15). She is tied with teammate Campbell for points with 31. With her 34 career assists she is third on UD's all-time Top 10 list. She led the NCAA in assists with a UD single season record 17 in 2013.

BELIEVIN' IN BAUJAN The Flyers are 204-58-20 all-time in games played at Baujan Field. UD owns a .76 winning percentage in those matches. In the last six years Dayton is 49-8-5 at home; an astounding .836 winning percentage at Baujan. BennettRank College Soccer revealed Dayton's Baujan Field was ranked 29th in all of NCAA Division I women's soccer for home field advantage.
DAYTON'S A-10 BACKGROUND • Dayton has won the A-10 Tournament Championship more than any other team in the conference: eight times (1996, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2004, 2009, 2010, 2011).
