INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Dayton fared well at the Stan Lyons Invite hosted by Butler University Saturday. Â

The Flyers recorded nine of the top 10 times in UD history in the 3000-meter run, led by
Kyle Lach who broke the record with an 8:31.05 performance.
Chris Negri ran it in 8:32.73 which is second best all-time at UD. Â

Hunter Johnston, now third all-time at Dayton, ran in a time of 8:42.28.
Michael George's time of 8:44.44 is fourth all-time. Â
Ethan Louis is fifth all-time with his performance of 8:47.78.Â
Â
Tom Clark ran the 3000 meters in 8:55.65, good enough for sixth all-time. Â
Luke Hoover was across the line next in 8:56.14, seventh all-time at Dayton. Â
Spencer Danielson finished in 8:57.76, the eighth best time for the Flyers. Â
Alex Kuvin was right behind him in 9:01.16, which is 10
th all-time.

Ryan Kronk posted the fifth-best time in UD history for the 800-meter run in 2:01.64.
Jordan Koczenasz posted the seventh-best UD time at 2:03.72.  Koczenasz also posted the 10
th-best time in the 1500 meters with a 4:05.72 performance.

The Flyers are back in action April 1-2 at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational hosted by University of Cincinnati.Â
