DAYTON, Ohio – The University of Dayton men's soccer program has released its spring schedule for 2016.

The Flyers are coming off a 13-5-5 season last fall, including an Atlantic 10 Tournament Championship and a trip to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. After losing nine seniors to graduation, Dayton has an important spring ahead of it as the younger players will be relied upon to fill those minutes.

Dayton has a strong slate scheduled for the spring, with a couple of neighboring schools, a 2014 spring opponent, and the new USL expansion team. The Flyers will open the campaign with an away game at 2014 foe Marshall, whom they beat this time last year 1-0. UD then hosts Kentucky, a 2015 tournament participant. On April 5, Dayton will take on USL expansion team F.C. Cincinnati at Nippert Stadium, the University of Cincinnati football stadium and home of F.C. Cincinnati. The Flyers then return home to host UC on April 13 at Baujan Field. A fifth spring game has yet to be announced.

Tuesday, April 5 – 8 p.m. – at FC Cincinnati – UC's football stadium
Wednesday, April 13 – 8 p.m. – vs. Cincinnati – Baujan Field
