CINCINNATI – The University of Dayton women's track and field team took second place at the University of Cincinnati's Oliver Nikoloff Invitational.

Erin Reese set the UD school record in the discus with a mark of 50.87m and took first place. Reese also took second place in the hammer throw.

Jenni Rossi accumulated 20 points with a second-place finish in the discus and third-place finishes in the hammer throw and shot put.

Taylor Vernot (4:34.26) and junior
Grace McDonald (4:37.12) went 1-2 in the 1500m run.

Emily Borchers won the 3000m Steeplechase in a PR time of 11:34.34.
