DAYTON – The University of Dayton rowing team will compete in the Bald Eagle Collegiate Invitational this Saturday in Indianapolis.

The Flyers will begin competing at 10:15 a.m. with the V4+ race.

Dayton also has entries in the following races:
11 a.m.                 Freshman/Novice 8+
1:35 p.m.             Varsity 8+ and 2V8+

UD will race against teams from Adrian, Grand Valley State, Illinois, IUPUI, Marquette, Northwestern, and Purdue.

"We are excited to race this weekend. The team had a few good practices before the river came up Friday," said head coach Mike Wenker. "This is the final race before the team heads inside for a few months of ergs and weights."
