WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its end-of-season academic all-conference awards for women's rowing Wednesday and recognized University of Dayton senior student-athlete
Emily Walker for her achievements in the classroom.
This was the first A-10 award for Walker, a four-year member of the Dayton rowing program. She finished off a stellar career this past school year, picking up CSC Academic All-District, Dayton All-Academic Team, and 4.0 Flyers Award accolades.
Walker served as the coxswain on the varsity 8+ boat that earned bronze at the 2025 Atlantic 10 Championship petite final in New Jersey on May 17. The Michigan native also led the squad to top three finishes at Eastern Michigan, George Mason, and Marietta invites.
