The University of Dayton men's baseball team has five games scheduled this weekend, including its first three home contests of the season at Woerner Field.
The Flyers will open up a three-game home stand when they play host to Eastern Michigan on March 6 at 3 p.m. for the 2018 home opener at Woerner Field. Dayton will then welcome Miami (Ohio) to Woerner Field on Wednesday for a game at 3 p.m.
Dayton will get a day of rest after its game against Miami before playing Wright State in a home-and-home on Friday and Saturday. The Flyers will host the Raiders on Friday afternoon at 3 p.m., while they'll travel to nearby Fairborn, Ohio on Saturday evening for a 5 p.m. start at Nischwitz Stadium. Dayton will return to Nischwitz Stadium on Sunday morning to play a neutral site game against Hartford with first pitch scheduled for 11 a.m.

- Eastern Michigan is currently riding a two-game win streak, which includes a 6-1 win over Ohio State on March 4 at the Cox Diamond Invitational in Pensacola, Fla.

- Player To Watch (Pitching): RHP Luke McGuire - The freshman will make his first career start on Tuesday when he faces the Flyers. McGuire has two previous appearances this season, totaling 3.1 innings pitched, four walks and eight earned runs allowed.
