DAYTON – There are three changes to the University of Dayton football schedule that was announced earlier in the month.
One change involves a home game. Â The game with San Diego on Oct. 26 will now start at 12 noon ET.
UD's game at Robert Morris on Sept. 14 will now be played at 3 p.m. ET.
And while Drake has not yet announced its game times, the game in Des Moines on Nov. 16 is planned to be a 2 p.m. ET kickoff.
Dayton was 6-5 a year ago, and 5-3 in the Pioneer Football league.  Three of UD's five losses in 2018 were to teams that reached the FCS playoffs.  Dayton returns 13 starters – seven from the offense, and six from the defensive side of the ball.  All-PFL performers
Andrew Lutgens (Flyer) and
Adam Trautman (tight end) are UD's 2019 co-captains.Â
The Flyers open the season at Indiana State on Saturday, Sept. 7.
