INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Dayton women's rowing team finished up the fall campaign with a strong showing at the Bald Eagle Regatta in Indianapolis, Ind. Sunday.
Dayton competed against the likes of Purdue, Illinois, Grand Valley, and IUPUI at Eagle Creek Park on a beautiful afternoon.
The Flyers highlighted the day with heat victories by the varsity 8+ A and the varsity 4+ A boats. The former won their race by over 20 seconds while the latter squeaked out first by two seconds.
This completes the fall even schedule for the Flyers, who will return for their championship season in the spring.
