BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - University of Dayton track and field competed for the first time in 2025 on Friday, at the Falcon Early Bird Invitational hosted by Bowling Green State University. Dayton throwers stepped in the circle in the shot put and weight throw.

- Jillian Yates recorded a top 5 finish in both the shot put and weight throw.
- Dayton took two of the top three spots in the weight throw. Yates grabbed second (15.36m) and Anna Yater finished third (15.33m).
