WASHINGTON - University of Dayton freshman T.J. Kreusch has been named both the Atlantic 10 Under Armour Men's Golfer and Rookie of the Week following his success at the Flyer Invitational. The awards, announced by the conference office on Tuesday, were for events Oct. 20-26.

Kreusch led Dayton at its annual Flyer Invitational with his tie for second place out of 80 competitors. He opened the three-round event with a career-low 65 (-6) on his way to his first career top-five finish. Kreusch led the entire field with a 3.79 average score on par-four holes. The Kettering, Ohio native, helped the Flyers to a third place finish out of 12 teams.
