FINDLAY, Ohio - A group of athletes represented University of Dayton track and field team at the Flag City Open hosted by Findlay University on Friday. A total of four athletes competed in both the shot put and the weight throw.
 
HIGHLIGHTS

• Anna Yater threw a PR of 17.39m in the weight throw, an event in which she finished third.
• Jillian Yates earned a top-six finish in both events, finishing fifth in the weight throw and sixth in the shot put

UD will conclude the indoor track season in Virginia Beach, Virginia at the A-10 championships next weekend. The championships will be a two-day event starting on Friday, Feb. 28 and concluding the next day, Saturday, March 1.
