Springfield, Ohio - University of Dayton Track and Field, for the first time in program history, hosted a track meet in the Gem City Invitational at "The Steemer" on the campus of Wittenberg University. In hosting a home event, UDTF held a senior celebration and recognized

HIGHLIGHTS
- Jadyn Haywood continues to dominate in the 60m dash. The junior from Dayton, Ohio picked up her third win in the event this season with a personal best 7.47 which improves upon her #2 mark in program history. Anna Kessler was also on the podium in the event and grabbed third (7.69).
- The Flyers finished second, third, and fourth in the 60m hurdles. Jameson Pillifant recorded a personal record (8.92) and took second. Rayana Burns (8.96) finished third and Raegan Ernst (9.08) grabbed fourth.
- Three runners posted personal records in the 400m with Lianna Shakoor (57.81), Grace Felts (58.65), and Mariya Washington (59.24).
- Jailee Clemmons produced the second-best indoor long jump in Dayton history with her personal best of 5.72m which was good enough for the junior from Frankfort, Illinois to finish third. Clemmons continued to impress in the triple jump, winning the event with a personal best of 11.49m.
- It was an impressive mile debut for Bryn Hothem, who took third (5:07.55). Marissa Pritchett ran a personal best (5:08.65) and finished fifth.
- Dayton took three of the top five spots in the weight throw. Anna Yater had a personal best and finished second (16.88m). Jillian Yates grabbed third (15.30m) and Maggie Hofner was fifth (14.84m).
- The top three spots in the 200m dash belonged to Flyers as Haywood won the event in 24.57, which is the third fastest indoor time in program history, Charlotte Deines was runner-up in a personal best of 25.26, and Anna Kessler came third in a time of 25.32.
- Camryn Thompson finished third in the high jump with a height of 1.65m. It is the second consecutive top-five finish for the sophomore from Powell, Ohio.
