CLEVELAND, Tenn.- University of Dayton Track and Field continued its outdoor season as the distance runners competed at the Fast Break Invitational, hosted by Lee University while Tamia Hameed traveled to Muncie, Ind. to take part in the We Fly Challenge at Ball State University.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Marissa Pritchett at Lee won the 10k, setting a PR of 35:38.26.
- Sarah Haunn recorded a new PR of 4:55.69 in the 1500m.
- Bryn Hothem ran 17:14.59 in the 5k for a new PR and the fastest time any Flyer has run this season, indoor or outdoor.
- Olivia Kindbom posted a PR in the 3,000m steeplechase (11:28.21) and finished seventh.
- Kaitlin Skelton recorded a PR for the second straight week. The freshman ran a personal best in the 800m (2:19.35).
