FAIRFAX, Va.  - The University of Dayton track and field team competed at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships at George Mason Stadium Saturday and Sunday. Multiple Flyers stepped on the podium, recorded multiple personal records, and set meet history. The Flyers finished fifth as a team with 68 points. Jadyn Haywood was awarded as conference performer of the year for her victories in the 100m and 200m. Casey Bogues earned the Flyers' other gold medal, claiming her fourth A-10 title in the javelin throw. 
 
HIGHLIGHTS

• Casey Bogues won her fourth gold medal in the javelin and broke her own meet record with a first-place throw of 53.12m. Her mark also broke the facility record at George Mason Stadium. The throw landed the four-time champ in the top 20 for all Division I.
• Jadyn Haywood won the conference championship in both the 100m and 200m In the finals, she posted the third-best time in program history in both events.
• In the prelims, Haywood qualified in the top spot for both the 100m and 200m. The junior broke her own school record in the 200m with a blazing time of 23.64.
• Daniela Peralta posted a personal record in the javelin and finished fourth with a throw of 44.28m. The Gillette, New Jersey native posted a season-best at every competition this year.
• Jameson Pillifant broke the school record in the 400m hurdles on Saturday, in the prelims with a personal record of 1:00.87.
• Charlotte Deines had a huge Saturday, with multiple PRs. The freshman recorded the third-best long jump in Dayton history (5.69) and qualified for the 200m final with a personal best time of 24.35.
• Three Flyers finished in the top 10 in the hammer throw with Maggie Hofner leading the way with a personal record of 51.71m to finish sixth. Anna Yater posted a season-best 49.76m to finish eighth and Rebekah Conrad threw a PR of 49.55m to finish ninth.
• The 4x100m team of Lianna Shakoor, Anna Kessler, Sydney Workman, and Haywood set a new school record of 45.92, finishing second.
• Camryn Thompson finished in fourth place in the high jump, tying her PR of 1.65m.
