Molly O'Riordan have been named the
Ohio's 529 Plan CollegeAdvantage Student-Athletes of the Week. These awards are for contests held Dec. 29, 2025-Jan. 4 ,2026.
Bennett had another outstanding week for the Flyers, averaging 17.5 points, 3.0 assists, 2.5 rebounds, and 2.0 steals in two UD wins. The Orlando, Fla., native carried the team on his back against Loyola Chicago, scoring 24 points, including the game-winner with :02 remaining. He also had four assists, three rebounds, a steal, and did not commit a turnover against the Ramblers. Bennett had an 11-point outing in the Flyers' A-10 opener against Fordham, adding three steals, two rebounds, and two assists with no turnovers.
O'Riordan averaged 19.5 points, 7.0 rebounds, and 1.5 blocks per game in Dayton's two games last week. The sophomore forward was just shy of a double-double at George Mason with 16 points and nine rebounds before capping off the week with a career-high 23 points on 9-of-11 shooting, including five threes, in the close win over Duquesne Sunday. O'Riordan shot 76.2 percent from the field and 60.0 percent from three during the stretch.
