DAYTON - University of Dayton men's basketball sophomore Amaël L'Etang and women's track & field senior Jadyn Haywood have been named the Ohio's 529 Plan CollegeAdvantage Student-Athletes of the Week. These awards are for contests held Feb. 23-March 1.

L'Etang followed up his A-10 Player of the Week performance with another strong showing in two Flyers wins, averaging 18.0 points and 7.0 rebounds per contest. L'Etang had his best game of the season against No. 23 Saint Louis on Tuesday, scoring a career-high 26 points and pulling down 10 rebounds for his fifth double-double of the season.

On Friday, Haywood broke the Atlantic 10 meet record in the 200m (23.74) and qualified for the final. On Saturday, the senior won A-10 gold in the 200m (23.72), breaking her own school and meet records. She also grabbed silver in the 60m, tying her PR and recording the second-fastest time in program history (7.42).
