DAYTON, Ohio -  The University of Dayton softball team's scheduled season opener at the 5th Annual Hospitality Classic on February 17 has been canceled due to weather. The Flyers will now open the 2007 campaign March 3 at the Eastern Kentucky University Tournament.

At EKU, Dayton will meet Youngstown on Saturday (11:00 a.m. ET) and Sunday (1:00 p.m. ET) and will face off with host-school Eastern Kentucky on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. ET and Sunday at 3:00 p.m. ET. Games can be followed with live stats on www.DaytonFlyers.com.
