Junior Allysa Detroy was named the Atlantic 10 Women's Tennis Player of the Week on Monday. Detroy earned her team-leading fifth singles win of the season with a 2-0 record in this weekend's singles matches. The Evansville, IN native also earned a doubles win as the Flyers split decisions with Oakland and Detroit.

Detroy posted a 6-1, 6-3 win at #2 singles against Oakland's Lisa Lulgjuraj on Feb. 24. She also paired with Kate Mellion to add an 8-4 win at #1 doubles, leading UD to its first victory.

On Feb. 25 against Detroit, Detroy tallied another straight-sets singles win by defeating Aneta Maricevic 6-3, 6-2 at #2. The victory bumped her overall record to 5-5.

Detroy and the Flyers are back in action on March 2 versus Cleveland State in Cleveland, Ohio. Match time is slated for 6 p.m.
