Capital University has announced that Dawn Mamula, currently the Assistant Athletics Director and Senior Woman Administrator at the University of Dayton, will become the Crusaders' Athletic Director effective June 1.

"This is a great opportunity for Dawn," UD Vice-President/Director of Athletics Ted Kissell said. "Her experience over past eight years here at UD - working closely with our teams, student-athlete support services and directly with our customers -- has prepared her well for this next step in her career. We all wish her the best of luck."
