On Sunday, UD’s strong efforts kept in-state rival, Wittenberg, scoreless for a Flyer victory of 7-0. This match was the second shutout this season for UD. Their first being on March 11 against Ohio Northern.
“We were especially happy to compete and play well against a more experienced XU,”” Coach Mahone said about the weekend. “Everyone gave 110%.”
