UD WRAPS UP THE EKU COLONIAL CLASSIC IN 12TH

RICHMOND, Ky. - A third round 81 from Heather Jorgensen highlighted the Dayton Flyers' third and final round at the EKU Colonial Classic.

Dayton as a team finished in 12th and shot a 333 team score.

Leading the way for the Flyers were Grace Nikolia and Lucy Frey. The two each tied for 50th after both shot rounds of 82-83-83 for the tournament.

Just one stroke behind was Kelly Coakley who shot an 84 in round three. Coakley tied for 54th with a 249 total.

Maggie Prokop improved in each round tallying an 83 in the final 18 holes of play. Prokop had an 86 and 84 in her first two rounds of action.

Kelly Muskat shot an 88 in round three and Mary Katherine Slattery added a 90 to round out the scoring. Jorgensen tied for 64th among individuals.

Up next for the Flyers is the Falcon Invitational from April 14-15. The two-day tournament will be held in Bowling Green, Ohio.
