University of Dayton junior Megan Herr was selected to the Capital One Academic All-District Team for women's soccer.

The Bowling Green, Ohio native and political science major posted a perfect 4.0 GPA to earn the second team all-district honor. She has played in 15 matches with two starts this season for the Flyers on defense.

Herr was selected to the First Team Capital One Academic All-District a year ago. She has been named to the Dean's List every semester at Dayton, in addition to earning A-10 Commissioner's Honor Roll every semester. She is also one of the women's soccer representatives on the University of Dayton Student-Athlete Advisory Council.

The Dayton women's soccer team has had at least one player selected to either the First or Second Capital One Academic All-District team since 2007.

The UD women's soccer team also recently posted a perfect Graduation Success Rate (GSR) of 100 for the 10^th consecutive year.
