NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - University of Dayton's Alexis Kiehl has been named the Atlantic 10 Conference Women's Rookie of the Week, the league announced  Monday. 

Kiehl recorded two goals in Dayton's lone game against Saint Louis, including the overtime gamewinner. The Cincinnati, Ohio, product tied the game in the ninth minute, then found the back of the net two minutes into the overtime period for the 3-2 win. This is the second Rookie of the Week nod for Keihl, who leads the Flyers with two game-winning goals.

The Flyers will travel to Saint Joseph's (Friday, Oct. 10) and George Mason (Sunday, Oct. 12) this weekend for a pair of Atlantic 10 matches.
