The University of Dayton home softball game scheduled for Friday, March 13, at 4:00p.m. ET has been canceled due to poor field conditions and expected rain.
 
The Flyers recently competed in the USF Under Armour Showcase in Clearwater, Florida where they went 5-0 in the tournament.
 
Dayton will continue to use that momentum as they travel to Oxford, Ohio to play in the Miami (Ohio) Tournament. UD softball will take on Oakland this Thursday, March 12 at 6 p.m. The Flyers take on Oakland again at 2:30 p.m.on Saturday, March 14. UD takes on Miami at 3:45 p.m. on Sunday, March 15. and will then take on North Dakota on Sunday, March 15 at 6 p.m. Dayton has an overall record of 10-8 heading into this weekend's tournament.
