NEW ORLEANS – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) moved up four spots to No. 10 in the Great Lakes Regional rankings on Monday.

The Flyers were No. 14 two weeks ago, entering the rankings for the first time in five years. Dayton is coming off a strong outing at the NCAA Pre-National meet in Terre Haute this past weekend, finishing 28^th overall against a loaded field.

UD finished ahead of nine regionally ranked teams, three ranked Great Lakes opponents, and the nationally ranked Portland squad.

The Flyers will return to action on Oct. 29 in Richmond, Va. for the Atlantic 10 Championship.
