DAYTON - The University of Dayton softball team's three-game series at Belmont scheduled for Feb. 20-21 has been cancelled. Poor field conditions along with forecasted inclement weather forced the cancellation.

There is no plan at this time to reschedule nor for Dayton to pick up a new opponent for this weekend.

The Flyers are scheduled to return to action March 6-7 at the Bellarmine Classic in Louisville, Ky. Dayton will square off against IUPUI and host Bellarmine during the two-day event.
