The men finished first overall in their season-opening meet at Wright State two weeks ago, posting four of the top seven overall times in the men's 5K, the lone event of the Invitational.
Brandon Christopher led the way for the Flyers, finishing fourth overall with a time of 15:18.4. Three other runners,

Connor Ewert, all finished within four seconds of Christopher, leading the Flyers to a 22 point victory over next top finisher Cedarville, who will host Friday's event.
Â
Friday's All-Ohio Championship will have both an 8K and 6K race. The Flyers last competed in this event in 2019, with both the men and women claiming the overall title that season. The men went on to win the Collegiate 8K, while the women took the victory in the Championship 6K. The Flyers will travel to Notre Dame Oct. 1 to compete in the Joe Piane Invitational following Friday's visit to Cedarville's Elvin R. King Cross Country Course.
