DAYTON – The University of Dayton cross country teams head to Peoria, Illinois on Friday to compete in the Bradley Pink Classic hosted by Bradley University. The meet will take place at Newman Golf Course, which is part of the Peoria Park District. Over 50 schools will be competing on Friday, between four races. This will be the fourth visit to Bradley for UDXC. Both teams will compete in the Red Races with the men running an 8K and the women a 6K. Some individuals will be running in the White Race for the men. This is the first time in the history of the event that fans will be able to watch, all the races will be broadcast on ESPN+.

Connor Ewert (25:10.0),
Jacob Herzog (25:48.1),
Logan Arnold (26:31.7), and
Noah Locke (26:37.0) all recorded a personal best. UD grabbed 16th place in the 8K and where led by
Sam Duncan, who ran 24:43.9 and finished 26th overall.
Marissa Pritchett led the Dayton women in the 5K at Notre Dame with a 25th-place finish, she crossed the line at 17:53.
Justine Smith ran a personal best at 18:16 and was the second UD runner to finish. Dayton placed 16
th out of the 23 teams who competed at the Joe Piane Invitational.
