Box Score DAYTON – The University of Dayton baseball team brought out the bats against Bradley on Friday afternoon, winning game one 11-10 and leading game two 11-6 after six innings when play was suspended at Woerner Field.

Game two will be finished on Sunday, March 2 with first pitch slated for 12 p.m.

GAME ONE
Dayton 11, Bradley 10
After completing a home run and one the Flyers were down 4-1 after the first inning. Working to close the lead, Flyers score two compared to the Braves one by the end of the fourth inning to bring the game within two. In an eventful fifth inning, the Braves were able to get one run as the Flyers responded with a two run home run bringing the game 6-5.

In the sixth inning the Flyers gain the lead with two runs. Followed by another four-run in the seventh inning deepening the lead 11-6 against the Braves. The Braves responded with a two run homer and run from centerfield in the eighth and one run in the ninth to bring it within one, but the Flyers still walked away with the win.

Mason Dobie each homered for the Flyers, while four hitters finished the game with multiple hits.
