DAYTON – The University of Dayton women's basketball program reached new heights in the tenure of third-year head coach
Tamika Williams-Jeter during the 2024-25 campaign.
The Flyers improved their win total from the previous season by six games, finishing 18-13 overall and went 11-7 in Atlantic 10 play. Dayton was 12-5 at UD Arena last season and had a pair of four-game winning streaks during the year, including three straight games to end the regular season and a victory in the A-10 Championship Second Round. It marked three consecutive seasons with a postseason win under Coach Williams-Jeter. UD was picked to finish 11
th in the preseason poll, but exceeded expectations, finishing sixth in the final A-10 standings.
Numerous individuals were recognized for their achievements on the court and in the classroom throughout the season while the team improved across the board statistically. We also saw multiple individuals move up the rankings in the all-time record book in Dayton history.
