The FlyBoys are 27-20 overall and 11-13 in the Atlantic 10 with two weekends left in the regular season.

Leaders for Dayton include Jason Bello, Danny MacDougall and Michael Smith Jr. Smith Jr. and Bello earned A-10 awards this week, receiving Player and Rookie of the Week. MacDougall was ranked on D1Baseball's Top 50 Second Basemen for the second week this season, checking in at No. 25.

These three are also closing in on program records. Bello is currently tied for third in single-season home runs, sitting at 17. MacDougall is one double away from setting the single-season record for doubles with 24. He and Smith Jr. lead the team with 31 and 30 stolen bases, respectively, placing them fourth and fifth in single-season records.

As a team, the Flyers are third in program history in hit by pitch in a single season, with 110. The record is 117 batters hit by a pitch in one season, set in 2019. The FlyBoys are also already fifth in runs scored with 409, RBIs with 380 and stolen bases with 114. The team is also two home runs shy of the team record, currently sitting at 77.

Friday's starting pitcher, Logan Rumberg, leads the Patriots with a 3.55 ERA and 73 strikeouts in 66 innings pitched.
