Ricks, a senior from Reynoldsburg, Ohio, earned Offensive Player of the Year for the second consecutive season. She was named the 2015 A-10 Player of the Year and also was selected First Team all-conference. Ricks repeated as an NFCA All-Region pick after leading the A-10 in homeruns and ranking third in batting average (.399).

Cash, a left-handed pitcher from Columbus, Ohio, had a terrific freshman campaign, bringing home A-10 Rookie of the Year honors as well as being named to the NFCA All-Region Second Team. She was also Second Team All-Atlantic 10, named to the all-conference All-Rookie Team and selected to the A-10 All-Championship Team. She ranked first in the nation in saves, 11th in ERA (1.49), and 14th in strikeouts per seven innings (4.81).

Hess, a junior catcher from East Hampton, N.Y., started 42 games during the 2015 season, compared to just nine her sophomore year. Her batting average went up from .195 to .279 and she was nearly flawless, defensively, with a .997 fielding percentage. She was ranked sixth in the NCAA for sacrifice hits per game (.40).
