DAYTON, Ohio - University of Dayton track & field student-athlete Courtney Siebenaller put an official end to the outdoor track season after competing in the 2009 USA Junior Outdoor Track & Field Championships on Friday.
Siebenaller no heighted in the pole vault event after failing to clear the bar during competition.
Siebenaller, the Atlantic 10 Conference Indoor Rookie of the Year, was the lone Flyer to compete at the meet.
The freshman Flyer earned gold in the pole vault in both the A-10 Indoor and Outdoor Championship meets. In addition, she garnered first team honors and broke the school record four times in the outdoor season alone and recorded a school record vault of 12-07.50.
