DAYTON - University of Dayton track and field will be represented at three meets across the country this weekend. On Friday,
Marissa Pritchett and
Bryn Hothem will compete in the 5k at the Raleigh Relays, hosted by NC State University, while several sprinters and field athletes take part in the Don McGarey Invitational, hosted by Kennesaw State University. Saturday will see day two action at Kennesaw State, coinciding with the majority of the team competing in the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Outdoor Open at Cedarville University.

Raleigh Relays
Pritchett and Hothem will both compete in Section 2 of the 5k at 6:32 p.m. Friday.
Don McGarey Invitational
The meet will begin on Friday evening at 5:30 p.m. with the 200m. The first event on Saturday is the 4x100m relay at 1:00 p.m. The high jump on Saturday will begin at 1:45 p.m.
Yellow Jacket Collegiate Outdoor Open
Field events will begin at 10 a.m. Saturday with the javelin throw. Running events will also start at 10 a.m. on a rolling schedule. The first event Dayton will have athletes in is the 3k steeplechase, which is the fourth event on the schedule.

Distance runners
Marissa Pritchett and
Bryn Hothem will be the Flyers' representatives in Raleigh as they compete in the 5k.
In Georgia,
Jadyn Haywood,
Charlotte Deines, and
Chloe Hamilton will compete in the 100m. They will be joined in the 200m by
Simone Bessong,
Mariya Washington, and
Sydney Workman. Washington and Workman will then toe the line in the 400m.
Raegan Ernst and
Jameson Pillifant will be on the track for the 100m hurdles and 400m hurdles.
Camryn Thompson is the lone field athlete making the trip as she prepares to compete in the high jump.
On Saturday at Cedarville, in the field events, the throws team of
Rebekah Conrad,
Elaina Panagakos,
Maggie Hofner,
Anna Yater,
Jillian Yates, and
Chloe Hansen will compete.
Daniela Peralta will aim for her first win of the season in the javelin. In the jump events,
Jailee Clemmons continues her comeback season in the long jump, along with
Gianna Lane,
Autumn Price, and
Mia Malito, while
Sophia Goluba,
Evelyn Albers, and
Riley Yost compete in the high jump.
Action on the track will begin with the 3k steeplechase, marking the first time the Flyers have competed in the event this season.
Olivia Kindbom,
Ashley Alsko, and
Kaitlin Skelton will toe the line in that race. Later in the day,
Grace Heitkamp will make her long-awaited collegiate running debut as the lone Dayton athlete in the 5k. The only sprint event of the day will be the 100m hurdles, which is set to feature multi-event athletes Albers, Goluba, and Malito.
