DAYTON - University of Dayton track and field will compete at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational, hosted by the University of Cincinnati, this weekend. The throws team will start the meet on Friday with one event, the Hammer Throw, before the rest of the team competes on Saturday.
START TIME
Friday: The Hammer Throw, Friday's only event, begins at 4 p.m.
Saturday: Field events start at 11 a.m. with the long jump. The running events get underway with the 1500m at 12:50 p.m.

FLYERS IN ACTION
The throws team of
Elaina Panagakos,
Maggie Hofner,
Rebekah Conrad,
Jillian Yates,
Anna Yater and
Chloe Hansen will compete in the throws events throughout the weekend.
The long jump will feature the foursome of
Sophia Goluba,
Evelyn Albers,
Gianna Lane, and
Autumn Price.
Mia Malito will be the lone Flyer representative in the high jump.
The distance group will send
Cara Mooney,
Mia Gill,
Reese Kohnle,
Addison Stephens,
Ashley Alsko,
Anna Newkirk,
Kaitlin Skelton and
Sarah Haunn to the line in the 1500m and 800m. A pair of freshman,
Bailey Gross and
Abigail Jordan, will run the 5000m.
In the sprints events, Price, Lane,
Chloe Hamilton, and
Grace Felts will race the 100m. Price and Lane will be joined by Goluba and Malito in the 200m. Felts will compete in the 400m hurdles while Malito, Goluba, and Albers take on the 100m.
Lianna Shakoor will represent the Flyers in the 400m.
