The Dayton Flyers track program concluded day one of the All-Ohio Championships on Friday night. The All-Ohio Championships concludes Saturday.

 

In the heptathlon Dayton saw Rebecca Maj and Katy Garcia compete. In the 100m hurdles, Maj placed fourth earning 827 points with a time of 15.11. Garcia finished in a time of 16.38 earning 668 points. In the high jump Garcia was the top Flyer with a height of 1.61m. Maj also jumped well finishing with a height of 1.58m. In the shot put portion of the heptathlon Garcia threw 9.59m while Maj tossed 9.03m.

 

In the 200m dash Maj ran 28.01 while Garcia finished in 27.43. 

 

In the javelin Renee Otte placed tenth with a throw of 32.89m. Julie Kolodziej placed 11th with a throw of 31.86m.
