CEDARVILLE, Ohio –The University of Dayton men's cross country team competed well at the Cedarville Collegiate Indoor Track and Field Invitational Friday evening.

In the one-mile run, freshman
Kyle Lach took third place and set a personal best time of 4:26.
In the 3,000-meter run three Flyers ran personal bests and also scored points. Senior
Tyler Roeth took third-place points (6) in a time of 8:51.69, junior
Michael Russell finished with fifth-place points (4) in 8:57.75 and freshman
Michael Tymoski picked up four points for sixth place in 9:10.14.

In the 5,000-meter run sophomore Matt Krakora took eighth-place points (1) in a time of 16:20.83.
Dayton's distance medley relay team of freshman
Ethan Louis, Tymoski, Roeth and Lach took fourth place in a time of 11:00.14 and racked up five points for UD.
The Flyers are back in action Saturday, Feb. 22 when they compete in the Kent State Tune-Up Indoor Track and Field Invitational. The event starts at 10 a.m.
