DAYTON - University of Dayton cross country will be represented by five athletes at the Blizzard Buster, hosted by Miami University, on Friday.
Jacob Herzog,
Jacob Reash,
Owen Pukys,
Logan Arnold, and
Jameson Maynes will head to Oxford for their first outdoor track meet of the season.
Herzog will compete in the 5k, an event in which he currently holds an outdoor PR of 15:49.32. Pukys and Reash will both toe the line in the 1500m; Pukys boasts a PR of 3:56.21 in the event, and Reash will be making his collegiate outdoor track debut. The 3,000m race will feature Pukys, Arnold, Maynes, Herzog, and Reash. Pukys holds an outdoor PR of 8:44.04; Arnold's mark is 8:46.47, Maynes currently holds a best time of 9:36.53, and Herzog will be running his first collegiate 3,000m. Reash will compete in the second heat of the race, again making his collegiate outdoor debut.
