DAYTON – October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and the University of Dayton is supporting the cause with several events this week.
Thursday, Oct. 12 at 7 p.m. – Women's Soccer
- Breast Cancer Awareness T-shirts to the first 100 fans
- The team will be wearing dark blue jerseys with pink numbers and lettering. The jerseys will be auctioned off, with all proceeds going to Pink Ribbon Girls. The auction has already started and will go through Sunday, Oct. 15 with daily updates posted on social media. All winners will be informed on Monday, Oct. 16. UD's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is also participating in the Dayton Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk held Saturday, Oct. 21 at Fifth Third Field from 8-10 a.m.
