NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Dayton's Leah Frischmann and Massachusetts' Emilie Cowan were named the Atlantic 10 Conference Women's Outdoor Track and Field Co-Performers of the Week. The awards were based off performances held from April 24-30.
 
Frischmann, a junior from Indianapolis, won gold in the pole vault at the Miami RedHawk Invitational in Oxford, Ohio on Saturday, April 29. She did so with a season-best mark of 3.80m.

Frischmann and the Flyers will be competing at the A-10 Championships in Amherst, Mass. this May 6-7.
