DAYTON – The University of Dayton track and field team announced Thursday that their planned trip to Akron for the 18^th Annual Akron Invitational has been cancelled due to the winter weather impacting the Midwest United States. The event is still scheduled to be held Friday and Saturday, but the Flyers will not be competing.
 
Dayton will be back in action next Friday, February 11, as they will travel to Kent State for the Doug Raymond Invitational.
