NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The Atlantic 10 Conference announced its weekly men's soccer awards and recognized University of Dayton sophomore Sidike Jabateh as the A-10 Offensive Player of the Week.

Jabateh scored three goals last week including the game-winner at Northern Kentucky before adding the lone goal for the Flyers in the draw at George Mason. The Liberia native totaled five shots and put three on goal while logging 125 minutes in the two games last week. Jabateh helped push Dayton's unbeaten streak to six straight games.

This is the first accolade for Jabateh this season.

The Flyers return to action Saturday, Oct. 21 at Saint Louis. Kickoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET.
